  2. Hesabımı sil seçeneğine dokunun ve gösterilen sonuçları inceleyin.
  3. Google hesabınızla doğrulayın ve kalıcı silmeyi onaylayın.
Silmeden önce bilin: Hesap silme geri alınamaz. Kalan başlangıç ve reklam dakika bakiyeleri ile Premium hakkınız kaybolur. Yerel ses ve metinleri cihazdan ayrıca silmeli veya uygulama verilerini kaldırmalısınız.

Neler silinir?

  • Cisonivra hesap profili ve Google oturum bağlantısı.
  • Kota bakiyeleri, plan hakları ve Cisonivra kullanım geçmişi.
  • Bekleyen kota, reklam doğrulama ve oturum kayıtları.
  • Hesabınızla bağlantılı destek kayıtları; yasal saklama zorunluluğu olan kayıtlar hariç.

Neler ayrıca işlem gerektirir?

  • Telefondaki kayıt ve metinler: Varsayılan olarak yalnız cihazınızdadır. Uygulamada tek tek silin veya Android ayarlarından Cisonivra verilerini temizleyin.
  • Google Play aboneliği: Hesap silme, Google Play aboneliğini kendiliğinden iptal etmez. Yenilemeyi durdurmak için Google Play Abonelikleri sayfasını kullanın.
  • Yasal kayıtlar: Ödeme, vergi, güvenlik, kötüye kullanım veya uyuşmazlık kayıtlarının zorunlu bölümleri yalnız gerekli yasal süre boyunca kısıtlı erişimle tutulabilir.

Süre

Doğrulanmış talep normalde en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır. Devam eden bir yasal yükümlülük varsa silinemeyen kayıt türünü ve gerekçesini size bildiririz.

Web üzerinden silme talebi

Hesabınızda kullandığınız e-postayı girin. Hesabın size ait olduğunu doğrulamak için bu adrese tek kullanımlık bağlantı göndereceğiz. Bu form tek başına hesabı hemen silmez.

Fastest option: delete in the app

  1. Open Settings › Account & Privacy in Cisonivra.
  2. Tap Delete my account and review the consequences shown.
  3. Verify with your Google account and confirm permanent deletion.
Before you delete: Account deletion cannot be undone. Remaining welcome and ad-earned minutes and your Premium entitlement are lost. Delete local audio and text from the device separately or clear the app’s data.

What is deleted?

  • Your Cisonivra account profile and Google sign-in link.
  • Quota balances, plan entitlements and Cisonivra usage history.
  • Pending quota, rewarded-ad verification and session records.
  • Support records linked to your account, except records subject to a legal retention duty.

What needs a separate action?

  • Recordings and text on your phone: By default, these exist only on your device. Delete them in the app or clear Cisonivra data in Android settings.
  • Google Play subscription: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Stop renewal on the Google Play Subscriptions page.
  • Legally required records: Required portions of payment, tax, security, abuse-prevention or dispute records may be kept with restricted access only for the applicable legal period.

Timing

A verified request is normally completed within 30 days. If an ongoing legal duty prevents deletion, we will explain the affected record category and reason.

Web deletion request

Enter the email used for your account. We will send a single-use link to verify account ownership. Submitting this form alone does not immediately delete the account.
